About

Versions

Each new Score with Grok run records the rubric version that was applied. Older school runs used the Yes/No instrument. Current runs use statutory 2.0, further 1.0 and health 1.0: No or Not found is 0, Partial is 1, Yes is 2, and the grade is non-linear.

Product log · 16 October 2026

The workbook wording (statutory 2.1, further 1.1, health 1.1) is not used for scoring. Its longer searches and prompts stopped runs before enough pages were read, so no grade was saved. Score with Grok is back on statutory 2.0, further 1.0 and health 1.0. The grade bands are the same: only a clean zero is Non-captured; one or two Partials and no Yes is Partly captured; any Yes, or more than two Partials, is Largely captured.

Embed is the spelling on the button and in this log. Management lists reviews. A review can be submitted only by a signed-in reviewer or partner. Export for Supabase also saves that file to the Google Drive of therebuttalists@gmail.com. Once someone is signed in, a score page no longer asks them to sign in.

The assessor account is now called a reviewer. Reviewers can open the standard reports and correct the record. Score with Grok and adding an organisation are for partners and administrators. An administrator can promote another person to partner or to administrator. The two named editors stay administrators.

Management has an Export for Supabase button. It downloads organisations added in the app, scores, evidence, comments, scoring runs and accounts as one SQL file for the tables already on Supabase. The catalogue is not exported again. Sign-in secrets are not included. Running the file a second time, after people have signed in on the new site, attaches their comments.

Product log · 14 October 2026

Correct the record is for signed-in assessors. A comment can include written evidence and a document. Each comment is queued under Management, where an administrator can rescore that organisation using the submitted evidence. Management has a user list and a comment list, each with filters.

Directory lists, the grades on them, and the About pages stay public. Opening a score page asks for sign-in or registration, and returns to that page afterwards. The partner switch, Embed and Reports stay hidden until someone registers. An assessor can add an organisation, run Score with Grok, and open the standard reports. A partner can also embed a page and build a custom report. Management, including changing an assessor to a partner, is only for the two administrator accounts.

Each question is searched on the public web with site: queries, including NHS Jobs, jobs.ac.uk and official social accounts, and the matching pages are opened. A quote is kept only when the full sentence is in a page downloaded in that run. A search snippet cannot be cited, and a blocked page can still be read from the public archive. Menu text is rejected. Phase 1 Rainbow Badge, additive maternity language and mandatory inclusion training score Partial, not Yes. A generic equality line in a job advert does not. Fewer than three pages read, or fewer than six questions with a downloaded page, is not graded and cannot become 0/20.

Product log · 11 October 2026

Score with Grok now searches each question, opens the pages it cites, and keeps a quote only when that quote is in a page from the same run. Two passes have to agree, or a third pass decides and the question is marked low confidence. A run with fewer than three substantive pages, or fewer than six questions with evidence, is not graded. The last complete grade stays.

Score sheets use /ST/ for statutory education, /FH/ for further and higher education, and /HT/ for hospitals and trusts. An old /schools/ address redirects to the right one. When a live page answers with a Cloudflare 403, the read uses the public web archive instead of stopping.

Product log · 11 October 2026

A grade is saved and shown only when every question has a score and a written finding. A bare yes, no or empty note does not grade the organisation. Score with Grok now runs in short steps, so a 300 second platform limit cannot discard the run. Universities use further 1.0 and trusts use health 1.0. A failed run keeps the last complete grade.

Product log · 8 October 2026

A missing or unreadable policy document no longer blocks a grade. The page says when a policy could not be found, downloaded or read, and the same 0, 1 and 2 grades still apply. Embed opens a code window for one page, with background, highlight, font, size and padding, and without the site menu or footer. Share buttons sit in a stack beside Score with Grok, at the same width. Directory grades and score-sheet answers use one button width. An end note closes when you click elsewhere. Score with Grok shows what the retrieval is doing.
